THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Global Entrepreneurship Youth Summit 2019

 

  1. Eligibility
  • GE Summit are welcoming youth between the age of 16 and 30 from North America, Europe, Asia, South America, Africa, and Oceania who wants to have experience in this congress
  • Delegate participants must be enrolled in a high school, university, or be a recent graduate under the age of 30. (Except Executive Delegates)
  • All delegates may be registered individually and group (for Business Competition Delegates)

 

  1. Registration Deadlines
  • Registration to become delegates will only be conducted through GE Summit website.
  • There are three types of package that the delegates can register, which are general delegate, business competition delegates, and young entrepreneur award candidate.

 

  1. Payment
  • All fees are refundable. Registration fee are refundable, 75% (include bank service fee) for cancellations up to November 30th. No refund will be issued for cancellations starting on November 30th, 2018.
  • All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference register.GESUMMIT is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations if occurring after November 30th, 2018.

 

  1. Visa
  • Upon request, successful registrants will be issued a Letter of Invitation from GE SUMMIT stating the status of their participation at GE SUMMIT after background check. Registrants may use the Letter of Invitation in their visa acquisition process.
  • GE SUMMIT 2018 is not responsible for any participant’s visa into the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the participant’s responsibility to secure the necessary documentation to enter Kuala Lumpur. GE SUMMIT will not issue refunds for delegates who are unable to secure a visa.

 

  1. Privacy and Intellectual Property
  • GE SUMMIT reserves the right to utilize all data submitted by individuals to GE SUMMIT and to collect data in the form of photographs or videos during the congress and social events without limitations.
  • All registrants agree that no data, results, and materials for use in GE SUMMIT 2018 will be disseminated by means of publications, reports, congress, or any other form without the express written consent from GE SUMMIT 2018 of which these products, data, results, and materials are its exclusive property.
  • GE SUMMIT reserves the right to update and change information without further notice.

 

  1. Code of Conduct
  • Registrants hereby certify by completing the registration process that all information submitted is truthful and accurate. The registrant understands that falsification of any information provided will disqualify him or her from participation in GE SUMMIT and future GE SUMMIT activities, and falsification of information or impersonation will result in legal actions.
  • Participants agree that all materials produced for this congress will be original work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated at GE SUMMIT, and should the GE SUMMIT Committee discover instances of plagiarism, the individual will be disqualified from the conference without refund.
  • Participants are expected and obliged to obey the laws of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia while participating in GE SUMMIT. Participants are personally responsible for all charges and damage to facilities of the conference and social events venues.
  • Participants understands full assumption of risk and acknowledges that GE SUMMIT, and its members, officers, elected representatives and employees, including the GE SUMMIT committee team, do not assume any responsibility for the conduct and activities of the participant.
  • Participants agree to accept and abide by the Code of Conduct published in the Conference Handbook and decided by the GE SUMMIT Director.
